I Know IT is not a BPO. The team work closely together to service and respond to customers needs running small and medium sized networks.
About the Project Manager Position:
The Project Manager will manage the schedule for the project and liaise between the Client and the Project Team. The PM will communicate to the client and the project team to make sure that the scheduled timeframe is met.
Responsibilities:
Understand the client organization's direction, structure, and specific requirements;
Prepare client accounts according to their specifications, business processes, and requirements;
Manage Technical Proposals and Testing;
Understand technical design specifications;
Develop accurate and concise testing plans;
Conduct testing according to those plans;
Identify and document system deficiencies, and propose/create solutions;
Manage project execution through its entire life cycle;
Assist in enforcing project deadlines and schedules;
Receive feedback/observations/suggestions from supervisors, and implement any relevant actions;
Understand the necessity of project standards and apply them consistently;
Develop internal and external meeting objectives and agendas;
Prioritize multiple tasks efficiently;
Pragmatic attention to details
Understand the components of running a successful project.
Skills and Experience
College diploma or above in the field of Computer Science, and experience in requirements analysis, system analysis, and application development;
Experience in gathering and developing detailed functional requirements, and multi-tier applications;
Experience in start-to-finish verification of business processes and information;
Knowledge of testing methodology and/or experience in testing (System, Unit, Integration, Interface) is a plus;
A strong understanding of the capabilities and limitations of programming languages, middleware solutions, application servers, and presentation layer tools is also a plus, but not required;
Proficiency in SQL and data modeling;
Working proficiency in spoken and written English;
Self-motivated personality, with a good ability to work both independently, and as a team player.
