    Question Desktop Setup for Autocad, PSD and Video production/editing

    I would like to know the best hardware components needed for my setup.

    Note:
    Dili pra gaming or pang display ako gipangita..
    Overkill rba ang i7?

    My main estimated setup:
    • i5
    • 8gb RAM
    • 2gb GPU

    Unsa mga maayo nga brand pra ani ako i-setup nga desktop?
    (kana sd na try na ninyo or kana dili sd kaayo mahal)

    * Memory:
    • 16GB DDR3-1600

    * Graphics:
    • NVIDIA GeForce GT720

    * HDD:
    • 1TB Sata 7200rpm

    Unknown items (Need to know the Brand to support my specs above):
    * SSD ( Wla ko idea pila ang minimum pra OS lng unta)
    * DVD Drive
    * Motherboard
    * Power Supply
    * Casing

    for autoCAD 2D, yes, overkill ang i7... since autoCAD for 2D & 3D drawing will only utilize single core. but kun mag 3D render ka on autoCAD using only your CPU, then that's the time that it will utilize multiple cores.

    but for Video Production/editing, these SWs will be happy to devour all available cores either Physical or Hyperthreading... so, you'll reap the benefits of the i7 and make it as a 16 GB mem as minimum (better would be 32 GB as minimum)... check pud unsa'y HW requirement sa Video Editing SW na imohang planong gamiton... AMD's FX-83xxx CPUs will also be a potent contender on video production/ editing application as well as the desktop Xeons (E3 series)... or if your budget permits, you can choose Intel's Extreme i7 series or its Xeon equivalent, the E5 series... pero, mahal ning mga mananapa man... just focus your options on the desktop class CPUs...

    during editing pud diay, maka tabang ang SSD... basta, pa research sa SW and its HW recommendation to maximize your set-up labi na, gamiton nimo ni'g income generating sya on video production... then naa'y Video editing apps na mo utilize ug Nvidia CUDA or AMD Stream... ma tailor nimo ang GPU of choince accordingly...

    intel or amd it doesn't matter + 16-32GB ram 2gb GPU (depende sad ghapon sa software na imo gamiton if on rendering - GPU vs CPU rendering)

    PowerDirector 14 Ultimate - Spec | CyberLink

    an 8 GB system is more than enough for your choice of Video editing application as well as Photoshop... kun ang Video editing Apps nimo kay Adobe Premier Pro, aw, kani sya, need ni'g powerful HW sya...

    RAM - pag ddr4 na lang bos para latest

    SSD pwede ra 120gb, or pwede hdd lang sa, purpose sa ssd kay ang fast read and write, sa imo kay para fast ang boot, pwede sad another 120gb para sa apps pero not necessary.

    DVD rom, pwede ra maski unsa

    mobo - any h170 or b170 na board. para pair sa imo ddr4 na ram. choose sad ka sa imo form factor, you can google on this one, ur preference will dictate which form factor it will be, this will relate to your type of chassis or casing.

    psu (power supply) - any true rated psu, naay silverstone, seasonic and super flower para sure.

    HDD nimo ang kulang 1tb or 2 x 1tb para daghan storage

    My suggestions:

    SSD: Any brand will do, get the most affordable one you can get, probably 250GB would do, for your OS and basic apps..
    OD: Uso pa diay ni run?
    MOBO: Get any H81 mobo that has USB 3.0, or any afforadble H87/97 mobos...
    PSU: Seasonic m12ii-520 evo
    CASE: Depends on your taste. .
