Hi guys, need help to find potential investor to fund and finish our 2 storey building with 10 rooms each with own cr and 2 commercial space with front parking all for renting out project. Ideal kaayo ang lot location niya along subdivision road and only 5 mins walk to the main road. Both me and my husband are self-employed and our business started just last year when my husband resigned from his work abroad. I've tried applying for business loans from banks but we don't qualify daw. Naka mortgage ni daan among lot sa bank but the money we loaned was only enough to build us a new home. In short, lending from banks and other financial institution is not an option because mostly its either one should be regularly employed or if self-employed dapat minimum of two years existing ang business or dapat naay collateral.

Offer is 17% profit per annum of the total amount invested guaranteed meaning naay tenant or wala sa inyohang share nga room. Can be given monthly, quarterly or yearly. I'm still open to any negotation from potential investors. Thank you.
