keyboard not working well.

pa help guys... nagno mani akong keyboard when pressing alt key moshut down, kung control key kay zero muappear asta shift key sa left side, shift key sa right side kay symbol mugawas.. tried changing keyboard setting and all pero at no effect at all. hope you can help me.. dili ko techy na tawo gud.. salamat

What KB brand/model# are you using?
