    Default Can't sleep


    Naa judcko dakong poblema ron. Di ko katog og tarong 2 weeks na. Kng matong ko 12 mindnight makata jud kog 3-4am nya d nako kabalik og tulog. Usahay bisag unsa ko kaduka maka mata ghapon ko ingon ana orasa nya pag abot buntag work dukaon na ko. Mura na kog mabuang. Wa ko kasabot sa ako lawas.

    Dghana nimo problema TS oi, haha..patudlo motor, karon d na sad ka katulog..haha

    Una buhaton TS kay undangi na ug gamit sa cellphone after 7pm..ayaw na ug tan-aw or do something naa nay backlight..If mugamit man gani ka, make sure na hayag ang palibot or nka on ang suga..

    Next, inom ug gatas TS or you can try sleepwell..

    This works for me man..akoa kay 7pm, d nko mugamit cp ug mag lakaw2 nlng ko or other things na buhaton..daun tulog na dritso pagka 8pm or 9pm..

    If muingon ka TS na dli paka katulog ana mga orasa, just don't use CP, laptop, TV or uban pa..Pwde raka magsuroy2, pag uli nimo, inom gatas or you can try sleepwell..payts nana..

    Nah di jud ko pwedi anang d mag cellphone o gamit og laptop bai kay homebase ra ako work so I have to be in front of my laptop jud before ko matog. Hahah

    di pud labi exercise kay kabntay ko kung murag mo ubos ang needed sleeping hours.

    You can have r2, it really relaxes your entire body promoting proper sleep, however, mahal na siya. Kung in budget ka, if your sleeping problem has something to do with stress try cortitrol. May friend who used to work in a call center takes cortitrol. Ingon siya bisan 4 hrs lang iya tulog mura na naka complete 8 hrs sleep siya. Kung dili stress related, take cordimax.

    sa online na nimo paliton or sa accredited resellers. anyway, medyo may kamahalan, it's 8.5 k for r2 while tag 3690 ang cortitrol. pwede man pud over the counter pero pa-register ka online as customer. ang difference is kung sa reseller ka mupalit, ang price will be the same no matter unsa ka kadugay mag-sige buy. kung registered ka as a customer, later on ma-detect ka sa system as "suki" naa possibility na ma-discounted naka later on. sa imo next purchases

    Nakoy nabasahan sa internet TS kung maakamata daw kag 3-4am , meaning ana naay nagtan.aw nimo. Naa gyd cguroy perme mag tan.aw nimo every 3-4am TS. Anyways, regular exercise can help. hehe
