    If your setup with Globe is purely regular subscriber, eventually, they will give you a dynamic IP. ONLY if you subscribe a BUSINESS package that you will be given a static IP. Now, there's also a work around on it. i totally forgot it na but i know there is. you have to know your WAN and LAN IP. Call your router manufacturer and they will be able to configure the setup of your CCTV.

    Maam, depende po yan sa DVR na ginagamit ninyo for your cctv.
    As far as i know, Globe or Static IP has nothing to do about your CCTV issues.

    You should be using the DDNS settings provided for you with the install CD of the dvr.
    Naandon kasi ang IP, login ID, and Password for you to see your CCTV wirelessly online.
    You can even access it via your mobile phone and tablets.
    This is what we are using here in my work place.

    If you are not using a DVR, you can still view your CCTV stream if it's an IP Camera.
    Login details are still provided pa rin po with the installer cd.

    Hope this helps.

    TS, Kung naa nay Static IP address , try to setup in your router the port forwarding options, sample sa imo private address : 192.168.1.0/24 tapos ning gamit ka ug IP address sa imo camera na 192.168.1.10 : 5925 kaning port 5925 mao ni address locally para sa imo private address na naka assigned sa imo IP Camera. . .
    http://201.10.50.25:5925 - example kung mao na ang imo static IP address .

    Mao na try nako before working man , pero try lang sad sa uban basin naa sad silay laing method.

    1.) Connect ka sa router thru wifi or cable then punta sa website na ito: whatismyip.bitsflipper.com. Ang IP na makita mo ay ang public IP ng router mo.
    2.) Yan ang IP na gamitin mo sa surveillance device
    3.) Kailangan mo din i-check if you need to forward the ports na ginamit mo para sa surveillance device mo;

    Baka mali lang ang IP; but it should not matter. Pwde mo naman i-check (step 1).
