    Default Kaiser health care insurance


    Good day guys, admin pls transfer this thread if im not in the right section

    I hd concern about this insurance, about my premium not credited.
    My policy is a 5years to pay plan.
    First payment, paid- issued a health card
    2nd payment, paid but later on find out that not been credited to thier system.
    I always ask for my health card (issued every year daw) that year 2014.
    I Always ask my agent my new card, my agent told me that my old card can be use for the mean time.
    So i assumed my premium is ok.

    As i wanted to pay for the 3rd year, for my doubt about my 2nd payment.
    I inquired again, they said that they didnt received my payment as per info in their system.

    I ask my agent again about this issue, she told me that she already forward to them.

    The question is, their pointing fingers now. I can say that my agent remitted the payment.
    It so happen that the person she transacted denied about the payment he didnt recieved.

    Any help or suggestion that i can take on...
    Or any kaiser personnel here gonna help me.

    Please please help guys, sayang ung 2nd payment ko, at ma thank you to ako 1st payment if mo back out ko. Coz im on the 3rd yr na this year. Gmay nlng kulang ma fulfill na ako health insurance

    Sir, proof of payment? after receiving the money, you can ask sa imong agent receipt perhaps after paying sya man kha gabayad.

    She issued temporary receipt, but unforyunately i lost it.

    Sa part pud nya between my agent og sa ka office nya ka transact wala pud cla any tansmital or ledger samting sa ila transaction

    Is there any input or action that you could offer guys?

    get out samtang sayo pa. I withdrew my Kaiser after some discrepancies as well..

    Question: Wala ba ta'y option to pay directly to Kaiser?

    Aron ba paglikay aning mga cases nga ingon ani bah.
    Kay kani man god padala-padala lang sa imong "agent", naa man gud chances ana nga dili ma-remit kay magamit bah.

    di man ni maau ang kaiser, mao ni among insurance before and nihawa mi kay murag walay klaro .
