TP-Link Router AC1750, does this have download torrent capabilities even without PC host?

Newbie here, so please be patient if queries are elementary for the gurus here...

This TP-Link Router AC1750 is a gigabit router (which I need, plus a wireless AC, which is an added features for me), and has two USB slots for file/printer sharing. Now, I have seen an ASUS Router (RT-N66U), but a lot more expensive, which has also two USB slots, but it has a (Download Master), which I understand refers to its download torrent capabilities even if not connected to a PC. So my question is, since the sales personnel of the PC shop selling the TP-Link router cannot answer, how would I know or is the TP-Link Router AC1750 having that same feature of the ASUS Router I mentioned, which has download torrent capabilities even without PC host?

Choose the one with newer 802.11ac protocol, TP-Link.
NO, AC1750 doesn't have auto DL for BitTorrent. You need DL it manually which I think is safer.

RT-N66U is outdated - should've been discounted by now.

Asus n66u and 56u still expensive more than 6,000pesos regarding the master download its just 2steps to update the firmware button and u have new asus latest features which have master download,ftp,ddns service,gaming service,aicloud, dl even pc is off, access ur files even if ur out of town. N more

Tp link AC can use utorrent portforwarding, not same w/asus which has master download and easy to use.
Just use n56u dualband 600N its cheaper than n66u n900. Same features:
