Guys ask lang ko insights or advise nnyu how to solve this issue. bag-o lang ko nagset-up of m-atx here are my specs:

Asrock h61m-vs3
i5-3330 w/ deepcool theta 7 fan
corsair dominator 4gb
silverstone ST60F 600watt PSU

when i turn the motherboard on.. mao ni siya maka display sa screen:

mao na, if i press any of those keys mu off and motherboard(off ang psu fans ug cpu fan) then balik reboot.. unya mo show na sad na. di ko kapadayun sa BIOS.
If di ko mopress ug any key, magpadayon ra siya sa kana nga display.. Asa ko nasayup dapita?

I tried testing diff ram, tested powersupply is working okay. changed Cmos battery but the same issue.
Need jud nako nyu more advise ani. thanks.

Im more interested about whats causing the issue pre. There are times when we want to find out what is the root cause of the issue and get the solution and learn from it in the future.

Try pa nako using PS2 keyboard basin mao rani issue.

picky ni siya sa RAM. tan-awa kung listed ba ang imong ram pwede gamiton.

Still the same.. Tested the processor with other mobo and tested the mobo with other processors and it seemed na working sila tanan if e pair ug lain parts. Its just that it they wouldnt work with each other, and I dont know why. Maybe ang RAM dili mo work ani na board with the processor. Baligya nlng nako ang board.
