You'll have better luck finding books on web interface design rather than reference sites.

Of course you can checkout Jakob Nielsen's articles on usability in his site http://www.useit.com/ , http://www.alistapart.com/ has a lot of articles on web design and development, so does http://www.thinkvitamin.com , those sites should have at least a few focused on web interface design.
