a US financed advertising company is in need of full time web developers/designers with programmimg background

qualifications:

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering),Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent experience.
Experience in developing desktop applications and advanced web development experience thru framework.
Preferred skill(s): JAVA, Javascript, VB, Access, Preferred skill(s): RAD (Rational Application Developer)
Applicants must have knowledge in: Object-oriented programming,Databases like Oracle, SQL Server, DB2
Perform database tasks essential to the continued operations of applications and systems
Under the general supervision, applied systems analysis and design techniques to analyze and evaluate business and or scientific problems.
Advanced skills in ASP / ASP.net, HTML, Flash
