anyone on smart LTE can join this, or people using PLDT. Its highly likely the latency is at minimum if we are just within the LTE's Metropolitan Area Network.
I can host the game server i guess. Games such as:
Counter-Strike 1.3 (^^,) LOL! RETRO!
