Default Can the PHL goverment afford this?

Can the PHL goverment afford to make apartment blocks for the poor people? The place would be cleaner and could improve lives of these poor people.

Atong gobyerno kron mag huwat namn gud ug pangayuan...
Ako pasabot like jobs, entrepreneurial training, free education, good public and hospital facilities, peace and order etc..)

A lot of red tape to go through and might (if not definitely) end up as a milking cow for politicians.

MODS, please transfer to Gen Disc!

Yeah it is but one problem can arise from this. We are located, I think if my memory serves me right, near the pacific ring of fire which has the most active fault lines in Earth causing massive earthquakes of destructible magnitude. Yes or no guro? Not sure. But highly unlikely kai gapatambok ras mga wa-it atong gobyerno.

The government gives them a free apartment complex, then put it up for rent, then they go out and find another slum to live in while receiving extra income from occupying tenants.

    Kinsay alkansi? Ang mga taxpayers.

It was during the time of ex. Pres. Marcos when these housing concept was realized. Katong mga tenement mao to siya. Afaik it was pattenred after the SIngapore housing system nga daghan mga tenements.
