Sell them more and let them use it more, and let them destroy their life.

I hope there comes a law that treats solvents like real drugs (shabu) and makes the users suffer lifetime imprisonment when caught.

all the gov't has to do is charge the parents w/ neglect and i'm sure rugby boys and street children will become less and less. Maybe 3 warnings at first then if sige ug balik2x put more punishment...Moreso place them in child care centers in DSWD and put them in the care of children's foundations.
