    Default Help - Fortigate 80c Troubleshooting


    Hello iStoryans,

    Mangayo unta ko ug tabang og Idea, kung unsaon ang mga basic nga pamaagi para ma check nato ang Fortigate 80c Firewall,


    Sitwasyon :
    Infrastructure

    ISP > Firewall (Fortigate 80c) > WorkStation
    Intermittent Connection

    if

    ISP > WorkStation
    Stable Internet connection

    unsay jud gusto nimo mahitabo? unsay dapt nimong check sa fortigate? dli diay nimo ma access iyang home page?

    have you considered reflashing the device with a brand new firmware? or reinstall the existing firmware version?

    if yes, then this could already be a hardware issue.. Something in the hardware could'nt hold.

    Hi sir, gusto ra nako makahibaw mo stable balik akong internet, kay as of the moment maka encounter ko intermittent connection

    Well if you have a bad line, you will always have a bad connection... If you are running adsl, test first with stand-alone (modem and computer) setup, run series if pings and etc... Its impt that you rule out things so you end up with the real culprit...

    Hi already try with stand- alone and internet is normal.
