Home wifi setup - limit bandwidth per user

I'll be subscribing to a Globe DSL line 2mbps. 4 users in the house. Is there a way/program to install so that I can limit the bandwidth per user?

User 1- ako (online games, fb)
user 2- fam member 1 (youtube, fb, movie streaming)
user 3 - fam member 2 (youtube, fb)
user 4 - fam member 3 (torrent)

change your router that has a feature of bandwidth limiter, or kung aware ka aning opensource firewall router nga pfsense bro fighter sad ni,kung naa ka old pc daog na.

pero kung ako nimo bro, if you can still set aside a bigger budget, ilahos nalang nag 5mbps plan... 4 users, unya daghan mang steaming unya naa pa gyud torrent, bitin kaayo na... take note pud naay capping ang globe... based on your usage types, tilapan ra ng 5GB per day allocation... capped speed kay murag 0.5mbps man siguro...

ako gibuhat giusab nako ang qos sa router sa amo silingan Lols...kansi ko ako nag provide ug internet unya sila sige youtube unya ako istorya.net ra ug fb, kung mag youtube sila halos dili nako makasud sa istorya tugod sa ka loading hehehe

in my opinion don't cap your bandwidth since most of the users who access the internet is family. first come first serve basis na lang.
