90% Diet and 10% weights
I have had 2 children, its been eighteen months since the last regardless I look around 3-4 months pregnant I have begun doing a few crunches and can't do sit-ups(i have substantial breasts). I have seen a slight contrast as of now yet might want to accomplish more than simply crunches. I don't claim any supplies nor do I have a Gym participation because of my diabetes Issue.
