kdaghan nang ing.ani na thread ui..UP,USC,USJR,CIT tanan nindot. It all boils down to the student taking up the course. And oh, about informatics, a Bachelors Degree is way better than a diploma. No offense, just my two cents.

There is an existing thread like this already. go to school u can afford. Study well and take it seriously. Use Internet a lot for research. Doesnt matter what school you graduate. They are all Diploma Factory. The real world would be your skills and how you do during the interview for job application. Even if you are in timbuktu - IT is a great Equalizer. This is the course where you can be So much better than your Teacher/instructor/Dean for that matter even if you are still student. Diskarte bro and willingness to learn. all you need to learn is there for the taking. Diploma is formality only.
