Question Good and Safe Place to stay/live in Cebu

mga bro/sis, diri lang nako ni sa general discussion ibutang kay di ko sure asa gyud... murag di pud ni sa commerce/real estate kay di pa man ko mo abang gyud... nag research pa lang...

anyway, currently manila based ko... basin ma assign kog cebu so mo balik mi diha after almost a decade here in manila...

now my question, asay nindut puy-an diha ron nga safe (dili daghan tambay/squatter) og way problema sa mga utilities (e.g. tubig, kuryente, internet, cable, etc...)? dili ko native from cebu so wah mi balay dha but i graduated there and had my 1st 2 jobs there as well... for the meantime, abang sa among plano then ayha nami mangitag balay gyud kung mo stabilize na akong transfer (hinaot madayon)... also and very important, kanang dili bahaonon, hahaha! i had enough aning baha2x diri sa manila...

our ofice in cebu is currently in IT park but will be moving to ayala (cebu business park) by 1Q of 2015... so siguro apartment near that area (mabolo/lahug/mango/escario)...

by the way, ayaw lang suggest og condo kay di mi ganahan og condo sa akong asawa... birdcage, way tugkaran, mura tag ma tuok, hehehe...

    TIA!

Beverly Hills area or Nivel hills area, Busay. The places here fits your description:

    peaceful
    wa kau squatter
okay ra amenities (water supply has been fixed and working good)
dili baha-on (of course, bukid gud)
duol ra IT park (5 minute drive)
Kusog ang smart ug SUN, (di ko sure sa globe)

diri man diay ka nag eskuyla ts.. so kabalo jud ka asa ang flood prone areas. wala man mausab ang terrain. low lying areas like colon, dali ra na mobaha diha.

one thing you should avoid, ayaw diha sa talamban area.. kay super mega traffic kaayo diha.

lahug would be a nice place to start looking around. daghang 17B C ug D nga jip.

if nagwork ka - walay nasayud kung asa ang safe place. No matter how we live, where we live - there comes a time, accidents and crime happens.
