RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overview - Deliver Customer Service on every contact
- Answer customer inquiries via phone, live chat & email
- Provide feedback to TL & DDG on customer issues
- Take a proactive approach to resolving customer issues & delivering FCR
QUALIFICATIONS
- Must have good communication skills
- Can start ASAP
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!!
- High School graduates belonging to the top 10% of their graduating class with an average grade of 85%, are ALSO encouraged to apply!
