RESPONSIBILITIES:
Overview - Deliver Customer Service on every contact

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, live chat & email
• Provide feedback to TL & DDG on customer issues
• Take a proactive approach to resolving customer issues & delivering FCR

QUALIFICATIONS

• Must have good communication skills
• Can start ASAP
• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply!!
• High School graduates belonging to the top 10% of their graduating class with an average grade of 85%, are ALSO encouraged to apply!
