    Default Full body work out or Split Routine work out???


    Ask lang unta q kng asa mas epektibo. karon kay full body work out q kay mao man ang program sa amo gym. pero hapit nq mag 7 onths wala pa kau muscle aq lawas ug dako pa japon ang tiyan. nuon ni gamay jd q kay tambok man q before. pero nahan ta q makahibao bout sa split routine?

    Try daw boss 1 body part per workout day. Mao ni akoa karon:

    Monday = Chest
    Tuesday = Shoulders
    Wednesday = Back
    Thursday = Cardio + Abs (considered as Rest day kay pasingot ra)
    Friday = Arms
    Saturday = Legs
    Sunday = Rest

    Nya Rest interval per set = 30 secs / 1 min. depends nimo

    Advantage ani na workout plan, mas mka-focus ka ug develop sa body part and mas paspas nimo ma-grow instead of whole body workout. Mas ma-plan pud nmo unsa ang mga list of exercises na i-perform so in short mas organized siya.

    Mas ma-feel pud ang pump effect coz isolated imo muscle. Nindot man ghapon ang full body workout if pang-extra lang na calorie burn, pero IMO mas prone siya na ma-inconsistent imu reps, imu routine, etc. Mas gubot jud siya.

    And lastly, focus on your food intake bro, para mas dali ang effect. Remember this: 70% Nutrition, 20% Workout, 10% Rest

    Murag nindot na imo sir. pila naka ka months nag gym nya naa na result? sa december pman daw q mang split routine ingon sa instructor. kuyawan sad abi q kng di mag suon sa ila program basig di nya ma sakto.

    Depende ra nah boss. Actually bag.o ra ko nabalik ug gym, mga 2 months pa lang. Pero ma-notice jud nako boss na ni-buff jud tanan body parts. Layo ra pag-2 months ago. Mas gaan akong body pero mas lean ug muscular na jud tan-awn. Nindot jud siya i-isolate, pero if ganahan jud ka musunod sa ila program, okay ra man pud. Basta i-exhaust lang jud imu muscles to the point of failure. Nya pahuway ug tarong at least 7 hours of sleep. Kaon healthy meals. Proven and tested na ni siya for pila na ka-decades. Unless you want to go synthetic (roids). IMO stay away from it. I never tried and i never will. hahaha.

    Depende sa level nimo boss. If beginner ka kay kasagaran gym nga naay trainer ipa full body workout gyud ka nila just to get your body used to the strenuous activity which is weight lifting, some may undergo circuit training for 1-2 weeks, others mag 4 weeks gyud. Ang kasagaran mag split routine kato nanang mo abot na at least a month or two nga ga workout. Hehe, dili ko trainer boss ha pero DIE HARD and FRUSTRATED macho-man lang ko hehehe

    ehehe. ok lang bro. bitaw kasabot nq nganu full body work out aq routine. hapit na gani q mag 8 months cge full body. pero dec nq ipa split routine sa instructor. huwat2 nlang q ani.

    I thinks it doesn't matter if you exercise all muscles in same day or split them over the week as far as your muscles gets at least 24 hours of rest before exercising them again.
