We are looking for a motivated candidate with at least 1 year experience in providing e-mail, live chat and phone support to join our growing team.
Your role is to provide technical support for our Australian and international clients. Your technical skills and fluency in the English language are required.
Responsibilities:
Provide website related-technical support via e-mail, live chat and phone (as assigned)
Manage domain orders and transfers
Process websites going live
Quote for and implement technical fixes on the website
Coordinate with our corporate office to make sure clients’ questions or concerns are attended to based on given timeframes
Provide excellent customer service
Requirements:
Must have a Bachelor’s Degree in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering or any other related course.
Knowledgeable in Web Technology and Web Applications Development using HTML, CSS, JavaScript and CMS like Joomla and Wordpress.
Knowledgeable in Domain Name registration and transfer process.
Knowledgeable in e-mail client setup (Outlook, MAC Mail) and troubleshooting.
Must have the ability to troubleshoot basic and complicated web hosting and technical procedures as needed.
Minimum of one (1) year experience working as helpdesk support for western clients, both via phone and email.
Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
Excellent attention to detail.
Able to work independently and within a team environment.
