TECHNICAL SUPPORT REPRESENTATIVES (PIONEER ACCOUNT)
Responsibilities:
- Handle technical support calls from established customer
- Cross sell value added services or products offered by the company
- Provide consistent, superior service to every customer by utilizing all available tools and resources
Requirements:
- Eighteen years old and above
- Exceptional communication skills and call handling skills.
- Technical Support Call Center experience / background is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and excellent communication skills
- Strong knowledge of the installation, configuration, and upgrading of hardware and software support
- Experience with MS products and web Office based applications
- Proficiency in problem solving, decision making and multitasking in a fast paced environment
- Applicants should be Filipino citizens or hold relevant residence status
