MOrning guys ! I would like to ask some opinions regarding some marital concern regarding my US friend who used to marry earlier of 2012 wherein it is a marriage for convenience it which this friend of mine just wanted to stay here in the philippines for good and obtain his permanent resident visa thus in order to make it possible he encounter this girl from Lapu lapu and they have civil rites but no *** or affection involved. Now moving forward this friend of mine, wanted to settle down his recent girlfriend, so what possible option should he do in order to make this things possible? PLEASE HELP
