requisites of a valid contract:

1. consent of contracting parties
2. object certain, subject matter of the contract
3. cause of obligation

mga contracts na knahanglan e-notaryo:

1. sales of real property
2. repudiation or renunciation of hereditary rights or those of conjugal partnership of gains
3. power to administer property

note: all contracts which amount involved exceeds 500pesos must appear in writing...
