Depends cguro on what kind of technology. Problem man gud here is that we had many natural calamities like typhoon here so mag sige gyud ta ug repair anang panels and kung sobra pud ka init ma burn ang mga panels and ma overload the system. Ang cost kanang mga repairs willl passed down to the consumers.

naa man technology which doesnt requires too much space and panels, and mas efficient like mga Stirling Engine. Sayon lang pud guro ni to protect kung mag typhoon.

About sa wind power... i dont think angay ni i.pursue. typhoon lagi, daghan wind turbine nanga damage sa China kung mag typhoon sa ila. but its more on structural ang damage but still mga modern turbine are ideal only to american and european weather not on typhoon prone areas until such time na naay design for such then pwede na guro na ma.implement but yet im no big fan of wind turbine cause IMO its too mechanical eventually naay wear and tear ani and ato weather is too harsh.
