d man gud tanan power surge ang cause kai ang imo power line.mostly motorize appliance like electric fans causes power surge. better to have some other stages of protection rather than ur main equiptment taking all the beating without the user even noticing it. in other words(and hoping) ang surge surpressor outlet ang una mu trip-off before imo main appliance.
