Switchable Graphics Laptop

Guys, Got some questions. 1st time using switchable graphics laptop.


specs.

AMD Quad-Core A8-6410 Processor + 2GB AMD Radeon™ R7 M260 Graphics
8GB DDR3L System Memory
1600x900 resolution
Windows 8.1
13.3 catalyst


-I tried disabling the apu (r5 graphics) in the device manager and restarted the laptop. So i only used the r7 m260 but it has an error it says "graphic card are not functioning well".

- in the device manager of r7 m260 properties -> events -> 6/17/2014 3:27:42 AM device configured(null)



Experts please enlighten me
