Motivation will always be the key. Working out won't last long if you're not motivated. Labi na anang after how many weeks then you feel and you see nga murag walay effect, makawala jud na gana. Plus makatapol pud nang routine nga balik balik na.
Motivate yourself, eat right and exercise. Di lang ka toned, healthy pa ka.

it's about your descipline! if u really desired to loss some fats then take some exercise & descipline ur eating habits... take vegetables nalng...
i recommend boxing.
Have a gym or workout buddy.. be it your wife, gf or officemate. They really help in motivating our lazy ass to sweat it out - I do hope your gym buddy isn't also a couch potato![]()
