So now you're saying nga it's the customer's fault ngano wala siya mag research? You don't expect anyone to be as resourceful as you, and besides, with so heavily-advertised product who would have thought nga limited diay kaayo ilang coverage. Actually, it's the fault of those who are in the seat for not regulating such advertisements.

No offense meant to anybody pero advertisements are meant to lure/attract costumers/consumers. They are always fruitful and appealling to the viewing public. Mao bitaw naay uban nga makiha og false advertisement and other companies play safe by adding notes nga gagmay kaayo that if you don't look around your screen di nimo makita. Some would show/announce disclaimers para maibanan ang confusion sa viewers. Tha's what advertising do. It's never a what you see is what you get. There will always be conditions.

Take for example the advertisements for credit cards even before philippines enjoyed the internet. Did they ever include in the edvertisement nga kon di ka mobayad on or before due date nimo magkadako imo interest mabayran? I don't think naa na.
Isip end user, before we buy we do research and that includes asking. Kinsa may angay pangutan on?

-The internet search engines kon naa kay internet access.
-The people around you. Pwede mga silingan(mas ideal), relatives, kaila nimo who have any idea of the product.
-The people in the store can sometimes enlighten you if you bother to ask what are the pros and cons of a certain product and
    the limits.

    That's part of research.

in some countries, you could retract your subscription without any ties within 15 days of subscribing. you have enough time to survey and test if your area, and most places you often go to, are servicable or not. mao na'y nakapait diri kay wa tay inon ana nga offer from our available providers.

It is still consumers prerogative to research or at least to know the risks or impacts on any transactions that one will enter.
Don't believe everything you see on TV. Almost half of them is BS anyway. You need to be SMART. (pun intended)
