Any Smart LTE subscribers here in Cebu? Feedbacks please. I'm planning to get one soon but I need to be sure before I do so.

I purchased a smart LTE dongle yesterday at SM Smart Business Center. Their price is P5,995 for the dongle and P6,995 for the pocket wifi, however, there were no stocks for the pocket wifi. Smart LTE is really good reaching as fast as 94mbps download speed "WHEN" you are in a LTE hotspot like within the Northwing premises. BUT when you use it outside the LTE area, it is very slow.

I have an office in Cherry Court in Mango and the speed is always fluctuating, the first time I checked the speed, it burst to 5mbps, the 2nd time 3mbps, the 3rd time only 2mbps +
