Nkapalit q Item (MOBO) karon lang naq natesting, napalit 06/07/2014 under 7 days replacement warranty, guba cya

questions
1) replacement gyud ang 7 days sa Nutech?
2) pwede naq ipa.replace sa lain nga Nutech branch? like SM or kailangan sa store of purchase ?
3) direct replacement ni cya? I mean do I have to wait several days to get the mobo?
4) what are the grounds para valid ang warranty?

Need answers ASAP!!!

7 days direct replacement if walay physical damage, if wala silay available stocks sa imong mobo na gi gamit, they will replace it with another mobo, if higher ang price add ka og cash.

Sa Nutech Island Mall man ni boss.. then Im assuming lang nga 7 days kay 7 days man sa SM nga usual naq nga palitan.. kibaw ka if pwede rah sa SM ni naq pailisdan?

hmmm, 7 days naa sad niingon nga 1 month replacement sa Nutech?

bag-o ra ko nagpawarranty sa akong Mobo 8 mos. nakong gamit then naguba.

considering nga phaseout naman to nga Mobo, i was informed nga basin madugay kay from Manila pa kuhaon.
I was told na basin 1 month pa kay lagi approval pa sa supplier nila sa Manila.
I was impatient so i bought a new one.
Sa warranty sa guba na mobo i was given a choice if refund (cash) ba or direct replacement.

nakalimot ko ug follow-up nga I prefer cash instead of replacement,
I was just recently informed by my wife nga niabot na kuno ang replacement.

edit - 5 months after niabot ang replacement.

-No, Motherboards have 1 month replacement warranty

-No, dapat gyud sa branch nga gpalitan kay ilaha man nah nga stock
3) direct replacement ni cya? I mean do I have to wait several days to get the mobo?
-Direct Replacement, Ilisan daun nila ang MOBO
4) what are the grounds para valid ang warranty?
- Receipt and no physical Damage..
