    1. Connect the DSL Modem/Speed Touch DSL to the Surecom router.... In the port where it says "WAN"...
    2. The from the router connect to the 2 PCs...

I think you still need to configure your router to make the PPPoE connection to PLDT.... How to do this is in the manual i think

Yes....did you dial the net using the surecom router?
most dsl routers.. have a built-in webserver/interface to allow you to connect throught the modem.. you still need to set this up...
surecom routers are pre-configured to the address 192.168.1.1 and admin/admin as its username/password.

Have you tried using the web-interface? ANd inputed ur username/passowrd to connect to pldt?
If yes.. and it connects.. and still no internet on your PC's.. try:
    1. go to Control Pnael->Network Connections-> Create New Connection
    2. Select Connect To the internet -> Set up My connection Manually -> Connect using a broadband connection that is always on -> Finish

You might also try to check if you have the latest firmware running on your router. I had a situation before when the router didn't work right out of the box and I only got it to work after I've upgraded and applied the firmware patch from the router manufacturer's website. Having said that, try Anton's suggestion, it should work.

Clone the original working lan card physical address to the router. "ipconfig /all" copy the pci lan card physical address. Input that into your router.

Your router must carry the physical address of the lan card originally installed.
