My friend just got hired at convergys. When he applied, wala niya gbutangan ug previous employer tanan forms but actually naemploy nah cya sah aegis before and had to go on awol for some specific and reasonable reasons.
Now heres the thing, need man jd ug BIR, PAG-IBIG, PHILHEALTH,SSS as requirement. As per CVG, what they know is that 1st job jud nah niya but nimention rah cya nga nasud cya sah aegis before but la ni push through so mura rah cyag nangilad. Pero bsta iask cya if naa naba cya TIN and SSS no. Mu ingon cya naa.
Now if magsubmit nah cya sah TIN and makabaw ang CVG nga nakaremit nah d i ang aegis to BIR then wala rah akong friend nagbutang of previous employer, is it a thing to be really worried about?
Nag ask kog usa ka hr from CVG nga kaila rah but not from recruitment but head cya sah certain account, ana cya dili radaw nah mcare ang CVG if naa nai nakahatag ug remittance sah BIR.
