    Hi everyone, is it legal na dili ka hatagan og sweldo sa na render nimo na service sa company? ang reason sa company sa wala paghatag sa sweldo kay tungod daw wala na human ang fixed term sa contract. diba there are contracts na dili na applicable if wla ka kaabot og 1month sa company? i tried to ask for the copy of the contract so that i can have my own analysis. when i signed the contract man gd ila rako giingnan nga basta mohawa before 2years kay pay daw og 10k. gisige na nila og balik2 nako, so ako is wla nalang na-analyze og tarong ang contract kay cge na silag storya nga ingon ani ngon ana. after few days nako nagwork naka ingon ko na i want to quit kay for some company issues and i asked for the copy f my contract. daghan kau sila'g girason. first kay d daw ko nila mahatagn og copy kay naa daw sa tag-iya. second, wala daw kay naa sa lawyer. i only asked for the copy and not the original one. nya naa pajud sila'y scanned copy atu sa comp nya d jd nila ihatag. so naka come up kug thinking na there's something wrong. pero tungod lage sa first job nya wala kau experience wla ko kahibaw asa ko angay mkahibaw sa unsay maaung buhaton. almost 5k kapin sd tu oi plus plite2 ug kaon pa. wa jud koi nakuha. pasensya kay taas.     Same ni sa akong case before, 3 years contract lang to akoa. Kini lageng nangita tag trabaho, perma lang key perma. To make the story short, I stayed with that hellish company for 3 years and I quit. I think depende ra man na sa company kung mo gukod ba sila sa imoha o dili kay after pag quit nako, naa silay geh gukod nga usa, din ang usa, geh pasagdan ra nila. Kung rank and file imong posisyun, murag dili ra e mind ana nila. Also, considering nga 10k ra ilang ipabayad sa imoha, I don't think gukdon ka nila or else, mas dako pa ilang mabayran sa abogado compared sa makubra gikan nimo.

    Go visit DOLE and voice out your concern. Did that sa una. I even ask them to review the contract of the company before I signed.
    Normally, if the contract is executed in good faith, a copy stays with the company, another sa employee and usahay, another copy sa lawyer nga mag notario.

    illegal ilang gibuhat. pero kung mo file kag case its just a waste of time.

    You're right sa imo suggestion. If ang ilang contract gihimo kay in good faith, they should have given you a copy. Pero wala man, ug murag wa na silay planong mohatag nimo... go to DOLE. The problem with some companies kay maru kaayo. Daghan sad labor lapses/issues. Mas maayo ma-aware ang DOLE sa ilang binuhatan.

    As employees, we have to know our rights. DOLE is there to help. In my case, I also consulted a friend who is a labor lawyer aside from DOLE.

    Default lawyer for dole

    yes, makatabang ko refer ninyo if dili mo matabangan sa dole. pm lang ....
