OEM Home is ok for cafe, just make sure nga ni sign up ka sa rental rights agreement. just go to microsoft cebu office at metrobank. free ra ang signing up.

as stipulated in the XP Home EULA...

"5. NO RENTAL/COMMERCIAL HOSTING. You may not rent, lease, lend or provide commercial hosting services with the Software."

OEM also can only be installed on one Computer only,unlike Prof that the copy is transferable to other PCs...... Sa OEM, if maguba ang PC na imo giinstallan then imo na naregister imo OEM copy, you cannot register that when you use that copy to other PCs...

Yes, absoulely. The program will hash into your deep hardware codes so that it cannot be transferred from another PC. And those codes will be sent to Microsoft database server =)
