hello istoryans. gikan ko sa results companies sa mactan for my final interview. 9.30 pm ko gischedule para final interview. after sa interview kay nagpaabot kog pila ka minutes, job offer na dayun. when the recruitment officer said nga iprofile ko sa sprint, naglain akung mood. i know sprint is a difficult account and i'm afraid i wouldn't be able to meet the demands of the job ug ang mga metrics. i politely declined the offer but the recruitment officer said that if i change my mind, i'll just give them a call.

sakto ra ba akung gibuhat? mura kug nakonsensya...

I've read in the Results thread, the spring account is not that toxic
compared to CVG's. Have you tried asking for a reprofile?

Based from my experience with CVG before they offered me a very
challenging account and they were kind enough to offer me another
account if I were willing to wait for the next wave but I badly needed
the job that time (pero lisod jud diay hehehe).

How about you ask them if there's another account that best fits your
qualifications? That would speak of your desire to work for them and
not in any other companies

I asked if it's possible for me to be reprofiled but Results only has 2 accounts, Sprint and the radio account. There were no available slots for the radio account so I had no choice but to decline the offer.

And guess what, they offered me 12k basic pay. That's too small..

opportunity knocks only once, but it doesn't mean mo settle nalang ka anang job kumo kay nauna nag tawag nimo... you at the end is the Captain of your life... choose what's best for you.. NO REGRETS, if you think that job offer is not what you hope it would be then DECLINE from it... You have the option to choose which one you like... RATHER than MAG REGRET na nya nuon ka for taking something out of consideration, ONLY TO FIND OUT LATER, IT ISN'T REALLY THE ONE FOR YOU JUD!
