Here is the general information about the job:

The services that the company offer is web designing.

You will be calling small business in the US at this time frame (8pm to 5am our time). You are free to choose what time you want to call. But call at least 2 hours to be productive as possible.

You will be calling at least 100 numbers a day. Our average sales person can call 40-50 an hour.

We required you to have a desktop/laptop with a good headset w/mic but you can use other devices as well (ipad, tablet, etc) as long as you can still be productive.

The pay: 5k minimum allowance per month plus commission, but we require you to close at least 3 sales in a month. Don’t worry our service is very affordable (More details will be provided through PM). The reason why we required you to close at least 3 sales because we rarely monitor your activity. We have no way to check if you are being productive or not and it has been abused by some for quite some time so the company put up this measures.

The pay in terms of figures:

If you close at least 3 sales, $25 per close +5k = P8,375

If you close at least 5 sales, $25 per close + 5k = P10,625*

If you close 10 sales, $25 per close + 7.5k = P18,750* (average)

If you close 15 sales, $25 per close + 10k = P26, 875*

If you close 20 sales, $25 per close + 12.5k = P32,500*

If you close 25 sales, $25 per close + 15k = P43,125*

And so on.

*Assuming $1 = P45, increment of 2.5k allowance for every 5 close thereafter. And note that we dont enforce any quota or whatsoever. From our experience some clients do multiple projects, so there will be cases where you can get only 2 clients but with 6 - 8 projects, each project is counted as 1 closed sale)

As an average sales person, target at least 3 close a day. It’s an ideal figure but with hardwork and dedication it can be attained. But we dont required you any quota. It’s really up to you.
