Applicant Requirements:
- Cebu-based
- 18 years and above
- excellent English communication skills
- has a confident, positive and can-do attitude
- contact center experience is a plus
- outbound voice support experience is a plus

Must have requirements:
- PC with Windows
- Internet Explorer V6.0
- DSL connection (minimum Smartbro or 384kbps equivalent)
- headset (headphone/microphone)
