I received two bills December 2013, I wasn't expecting a bill after the first one as one bill usually comes per month. Since the bill came last week of December and I was on my Christmas vacation I was not able to pay within the 10 day period(I was able to pay tho on the 12th day). And now lo and behold I got an OVERDUE bill and charged for interest and surcharge for the OVERDUE amount.

WTH was that?

wla na btaw klaro ning bill sa MECO ron. ako wla kadawat bill pero gi manual ra ug sulat sa papel nga 3K amo bayranan unya mura kinda taas2 rba to ako leave niuli ko sa negros. Tsk Tsk Tsk was expecting lower than 3k kay normal bill namo kay 2,800 rman.

mao sad ni problem every two months sila magpadala ug bill daun naa pa jud surcharge. pwede man siguro moreklamo ani no kay in the first place wala man sila nakapadala ug bill for the previous month.

i made the same thread before but sad to say gi delete ra akong thread! Don't be surprised about the Billing of MECO mao bitaw nanambok ng mga empleyado diha tungod ra pod sa ing-ana nga mga panghitabo! Mao nay akong opinyon....
