Newly open BPO is looking for Inbound and Outbound agents for our Australian Campaign (Dayshift).

Akiko then has the capability to offshore part of those processes to its Philippines facility to further reduce cost of operations.

Responsibilities:
*Handling and Making customer service calls from commercial businesses across the globe
*Assessing customer needs & generating sales leads - upsell, cross sell.
*Collecting information to identify the best option for the client.
*Thinking outside the box to offer clients alternative services.

Requirements:
*Able to read, speak & write English fluently.
*Knowledge & experience in IT equipment & infrastructure.
*Experience w/ 1st & 2nd level technical support assisting w/ PC's, Devices, Technology & Software.
*Experience w/ Telecom Industry
*Highly effective communication skills & telephone manners
*At least 2 yrs. experience as Inbound & Outbound agents engaged w/ clients.
*Positive & resilient nature w/ an ability to stay cool, calm & composed under pressure.
*Enthusiasm & determination to successfully reach or even exceed targets.
*Graduate of Computer Science or other Technological course would be desirable.

Salary: Base on experience, TBD
