Ambot lang sa mga master diri if naa ba sila sulotion about ani. Hitch na lang ko diri na thread basin naa diay maka hatag

    - Enterprise Hardware has feature but i highly doubt an ordinary person would buy such device.
    - balik2x nani nga thread, better search for same topic sa section.
    - you cant effectively block torrent downloads unless you have remote access to that pc and kill any running p2p client.
    - for home and small offices, bandwidth throttling is the best solution. Now let them file a help ticket stating "hinay iyang internet" the next step is you to decide.

Naa feature sa akong router under QoS to prioritize unsa na protocol ang palabihon. I have not tried it kay nag download ko pirmi. Try daw research basin pede ra through QoS (Quality of Service), almost all routers support this.

As for blocking, I don't think you can do it unless you close all your ports. Then dili nasad ka maka surf lol. If pede pa ma block, then torrents would not be that popular.
