Unable to get Quote Notifications

Is there a setting to be able to receive a quote notification besides my name, I can receive like notifications but not for the quote.

So I checked the user tagging settings, mine is unchecked so I can conclude that it is enabled by default, but still im not receiving any quote alerts.
