i don't think so, but there's an ms update that will check if ur OS version is genuine.

More likely, you can't access updates, and you are more exposed to security risks.

not all patches. service pack 1a had blocked known pirated keys and disabled pirated computers from running. I won't be surprised if this happens in the future patches
