Hello Bro,

Nag open nami sa first Training course namo. This is Training for MILLWRIGHT Dec 9-13, 2013 8am to 11am/1pm to 4pm.
We have to include Vibration Analysis as well as Freebies nalang para sa mga Pioneers.

To give the overview what is MILLWRIGHT...

THis is about Precession...mga alignment sa mga pumps, motors and pipes. You need to know the presecession tools, reverse alignment and Rim and Face alignment.
This particular skill will open up your window of opportunity to work in Oil and Gas refineries and installations, oil rigs and offshore.
Here is an example:
If the refinery will install pipings and pumps, they need MILLWRIGHT to align the components so that when the pump or motor started, the efficiency of said pumps is better as well as the life span. Along the line, if it is not aligned the vibration will occur and it will result to damage in the whole system that lead to breakdown of critical equipment and eventually, hard losses in the production side.

So if you're a mechanical engineer, IE or skilled, pipefitter..you can upgrade your skills and get the high paying job. Of course, if you have no experience, you need to start with MILLWRIGHT Helper or MEchanical techinican or maintenance. But pretty sure, because of your knowledge in MILLWRIGHT or alignment in particular...you will get what you want to be.

Moreover, after your training we will endorse you to affiliated companies for interview and possible pooling. Try to check with Manning agencies if you happen to be pass by some of their premises and ask if they are looking for MILLWRIGHT or maybe try to check with their ads.

Kay sa akong nasuwayan, bisan pa naa kay handheld vibration analayzer, imo ramn gihapon i send sa ilaha ang details or ang readings sa analyzer , nya sila maoy mo interpret. mohatag rman siyag margin like 1 - 5mm/sec nya mohatag ra sila recommendation, pero ambot lng depende sa gidak.on sa machinery kung cost effective ba.

Yes bro... Actually if NDT or Maintenance Technician ra ang naa sa atoang working environment, ang data nga atong na collect ato pa e submit nila for analysis / recommendation.

Pero sa akong na experience nga company before, naa jud mi Engineer nga trained mo interpret sa data (based pod sa iyang experience), dili na necessary ug 3rd party.

Yes, cost effective jud siya kay if maghuwat ta mosaka ug maayo ang vibration then moabot sa point nga maguba ang bearing, possible ma affected ang ubang parts.

Bali^ jud ang shafting or guba jud ang impeller. Apil pa kasunog ang motor windings worse case scenario.
