Default Are Network Media Player available here in Cebu?

Aside from Xbox and PS2 which can be considered Networkable Media Players (albeit with installation of some softwares (XBMC for XBox) or burning of a cd or installation to memory card or usb drive (SMS for PS2)), are there any other gadgets which can do the job?

An example I found on the net...

    ADS Media-Link MXL-581 - Network Media Player

ADS Media-Link - Network Media Player
"Watch the movies, listen to the music and view the photos stored in your computer from the comfort of your living room!"

    * Comes ready to connect to your wireless or wired network!
    * Media-Link turns your PC into an Entertainment Jukebox
    * Watch TV shows and movies stored on your PC on your home theater
    * Listen to your computer MP3 files and other digital audio on your stereo system
    * View high quality photo slide shows with background music on your TV
    * Connect to Internet Radio sites and play on your stereo
    * Easy "Universal Plug and Play" installation

The Media-Link Entertainment Receiver distributes video, audio and still pictures from your PC to your TV through either a wired Ethernet network or a wireless network (Media-Link even includes an 802.11g Wireless G PCMCIA card to connect the Media-Link to a wireless network). You can also add additional Media-Link Receivers in other rooms in the house.

Setup is easy with Universal Plug and Play support. Just connect the Media-Link to your home network to free the music, photo and video files from your computer and play them in the living room, bedroom or any room in the house.
