A couple of months back, while we we're looking for a new place I saw several apts at most 2 bedrooms & comes w/ carport/ garage. Range for the rentals from 8K-10K. Location: 3 apts nakahilira sa may Sta. Teresita Village, Tisa Labangon ug naa pud kanang likod dapit sa Gaisano Tisa.
I can only give you the info, that's it, cenxa ha...but sa ako nakita, ok ra kaaU ang mga place in terms of safety, and ang community pud, dli congested ang kini nga mga places.
