Since most threads are focused on restaurants in the North, let's go on a culinary journey to the South as well.
Last Sunday, we were looking for a place to eat aside from the usual grill restos and lechon manok stands that line the south expressway. We chanced upon a restaurant called
FOODIE's in Bulacao, Pardo (located after the Barangay Hall).
Their
SIZZLING BULALO was superb! It could rival Abuhan's and is one of the best I've ever tasted. The meat was super tender, very tasty, the serving size was big, probably good for three pax, with generous helpings of veggies, button mushrooms and gravy. P250 and worth every penny. A must-try for those in the area. Their whole steamed Lapu-Lapu fish with soy sauce was good as well for P120.
Any other recommendations for restaurants in the south? (Guadalupe, Banawa, Labangon, Pardo, Talisay)
