Guys kinsa toh ninyo ang nka homebase job diri? Ang Virtual Staff Finder man gud kay mo offer ug trainings para sah mga gusto ug homebased pareha nko.

Best part kay mo tabang sila or even train ug possible candidate para sah ma refer ug clients. Nag bootcamp sila atong September 14, kinsa toh nka apil? daghan gyud ko nakat-unan gud. Feedbacks daw atong mga nah hire nila?

I went to the event. It was really pure fun and informative to us, newbies.
First, we were introduce about what is VSF, mura pod sila elance or odesk.

But Like nako sila because of the list below:

1. NO screenshots while at work.
2. Naa silay training na libre
3. E- short listed ka nila bsag newbie pa ka.
4. if wala koy internet/Emergency, then mo text nalang ko nila ug sila na bahala sa client mo storya. (optional move)
5. opportunity for part-time and full-time jobs.
6. if full-time - I so like the place, office space nila is cool and cold to work.
7. If naa ka client then mo decide sila na epa fulltime ka then, lahi bayad sa emong salary. Lahi pod ang sa office rent (space.)
8. If gahi mo pay ang client, sila mismo mangulit sa client and vice versa if pabadlong pod ang VA.
9. and if mawagtangan ka client gikan nila, short listed / priority na pod ka sa another client (basta no bad record ang VA)
10. NO OFFICE POLITICS! ^_^

For the first time, I may see, they taught us in their free seminars on how to interact with the client with at ease and confident.
Although, wala miy mga experience but then they are willing to provide us the BASIC STEPS. And, I believe those baby steps are one way that we know where to go and what we will do with our client (assuming naa mi client)

They taught us some basic platform codes in wordpress to those people who wants to make a blog or a content writer for a website. They introduced us some social media marketing tools (free and paid), and how to market our resume either in offline and online marketing for our future client(s).

For me, it was really a nice and refreshing that they give us a VIRTUAL STAFF CAREERS SEMINAR FOR FREE.
Although limited slots sila, but I think, VSF gives the meaning what is VIRTUAL PEOPLE ARE.
